As a Bartender at XGolf, you will be at the heart of our operation, providing top-notch beverage service to our guests while they enjoy their golfing experience. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about customer service, have a flair for mixology, and enjoy working in a dynamic, sports-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Beverage Expertise: Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, cocktails, and other beverages with precision and creativity
- Customer Engagement: Interact with guests, ensuring they have a pleasant experience. Offer recommendations and share knowledge about our drinks menu
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory and supplies, and assist in ordering as needed
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to provide a seamless service experience. Assist in other areas as needed
- Event Participation: Play an active role in hosting and managing events and tournaments at XGolf
Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous bartending experience preferred, but not mandatory. Training will be provided
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
- Personality: Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Certifications: Valid bartender license/certification as per state regulations
